**CNC Operator - Miramar** **Job Description - $20-$22/hr** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls, as well as performing manual operations such as using a drill press and deburring. This role requires loading parts, using electric drills for drilling and tapping products, and utilizing precision measuring instruments. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls. + Load parts and perform outside operations such as manual drill press and deburring. + Use electric drills for drilling and tapping products. + Use wrenches to bolt down fixtures into t-plates. + Utilize calibrated precision measuring instruments such as calipers, depth gages, thread gages, and pin gages. + Ensure quality and safety standards are met in a manufacturing environment. **Essential Skills** + Entry level is referring to never operating CNC machines. Must have prior manufacturing experience. + Experience utilizing micrometers and calipers + Experience in a manufacturing environment with machine operation or CNC operation. + Ability to read and write (High School diploma or equivalent) to comply with written instructions and complete paperwork. + One year of experience in performing machine operations with HAAS CNC or relevant experience. + Basic math skills. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma principles. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills are valued and challenged. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
