Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join a dynamic legal team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract-to-Hire position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in legal operations, employee onboarding, and administrative assistance. This is a full-time role, 5 days on site. The firm is seeking candidates that are available to start immediately. Responsibilities: + Director support HR manager with day-to-day tasks, provided clerical support. + Assist with employee recruitment processes. + Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing. + Help organize training sessions and employee onboarding. + Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Skills: + Strong organizational and communication skills. + Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
