Description Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with an interest in human resources? Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who excel at multitasking, managing administrative tasks, and supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and maintaining employee records. + Assist with recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, employee files, and compliance documentation. + Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs in a professional and timely manner. + Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the HR team. + Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events. + Process payroll, benefits enrollments, and other HR-related transactions as needed. + Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, ordering supplies, and coordinating office communications. Requirements + Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting HR functions. + Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners. + High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred. + Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and confidentiality requirements is an advantage. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
