Your Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of high-speed packaging and production apparatus, optimizing both speed and safety.
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently, escalating more complicated challenges to the maintenance team.
• Consistently perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure ongoing machinery efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with fellow technicians and respond to feedback regarding operational improvements.
