We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Legal Assistant to support our legal team with various administrative and client-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law or be eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Medical Records Coordination
Request, track, and organize incoming medical records and bills
Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
Data Entry
Accurately input and update case data into legal case management systems
Administrative Support
Draft and format correspondence and legal documents
Organize digital files and assist with case calendar management
Client Interaction
Respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish
Provide timely updates and ensure client satisfaction
Other general legal assistant duties as needed
Language Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English , both written and verbal
Experience: Legal assistant or administrative background preferred, especially in personal injury law
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with case management software, Google Workspace, and online communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
