Vanished Valley Brewing in Ludlow, MA is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our 54 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
As a Brew Crew Ambassador, we are expecting the following:
· Proudly and respectively represent Vanished Valley Inc. and our mission to share our beer in good company and good spirit.
· Demonstrate respect for ALL craft breweries while representing Vanished Valley Inc. both on and off premise.
· Enthusiastically greet and interact with guests and other VV Brew Crew members in a friendly, positive, and fun manner.
· Accurately deliver guest orders for food and drink.
· As needed, bus and reset bussing stations while maintaining regular taproom cleanliness.
· Checking with front of house and management staff for additional duties to keep taproom and retail areas running smoothly.
· Be available to work during days, nights, or weekends, as needed.
· Ability to multi-task in a noisy and fast-paced, distraction-filled environment.
· Keep immediate supervisor and management staff informed of all problems or significant matters.
· Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests.
· Always adhere to sanitization and taproom cleaning procedures.
· Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer guest questions regarding to each item.
· Be available to work at least one offsite beer festival per year.
· Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
· Dress per Vanished Valley Inc. requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
