Job Description

The Title Scheduler coordinates and manages the scheduling of real estate closings. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and internal teams to ensure all appointments are accurately scheduled and properly documented. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities, works well in a team environment, and has a positive attitude. Additionally, the candidate is proficient in using scheduling software and digital tools to maintain workflow efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys.
• Maintain and update internal scheduling systems and calendars.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with title officers to manage workloads and timelines.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or changes with professionalism and urgency.
• Follow company and regulatory procedures for confidentiality, compliance, and customer service.
• Monitor local and national holidays and other scheduling limitations to proactively avoid delays.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to all clients, customers and team members.
• Perform general administrative duties and support tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Familiarity with real estate transactions and title processing preferred.
• Administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work with confidential information and data
• Knowledge of office equipment (computers, fax machine, printers, telephone systems)
• Proficiency in standard office software and title industry platforms is a plus.

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000
